Join Nguyet Nguyen, a classically trained pastry chef with over 15 years of experience, as she teaches you to make and decorate a decadent layered chocolate cake with devils food cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and chocolate decorations!

Like buying a theater ticket, seats in a class are non-transferable (to another date) & non-refundable unless Southern Home & Kitchen cancels the class.

The majority of our classes are demonstration style. Look for HANDS-ON in the class title and description if you’re looking for a more interactive experience.
