Chocolate Easter Egg Workshop Join Adi, Trilogy's Team Leader of Confectionery for a day of chocolate making, just in time for Easter!
What are we creating??
Chocolate Easter Eggs!!
1. Hot cross bun – a milk and white double lined chocolate egg with honeycomb sandwiched between, filled with milk chocolate freckles and decorated to look just like a hot cross bun (only egg shaped).
2. Mint crisp chocolate egg – A milk chocolate egg lined with crispy peppermint caramel, decorated with a green tinted white chocolate drip and mint lollies. Enrobe your own peppermint fondant pieces (like a mint patty) to go inside your egg. You can also use coloured cocoa butter or some striped decorations to decorate your egg in your own unique way!
3. Passionfruit caramel egg – a milk chocolate egg filled with a passionfruit marshmallow and passionfruit caramel and decorated with coloured cocoa butter in gold, yellow, orange and white. Get your creative juices flowing and make your egg unique by painting, splatting or sponging a cocoa butter design!
Artfully wrap your creations to take home!
