Chocolate + Coffee Pairing

Just for Valentine’s Day, join us for a guided coffee and chocolate tasting experience designed to sharpen your palate and spend the morning exploring flavor with your sweetheart.

We’ll begin tasting three unique coffees, discovering the differences between them. From there, we will try three dark chocolate bars developed by Eleven Madison Park, each featuring unique ingredients and flavor profiles. You will taste the chocolates using professional evaluation techniques and discuss your impressions. Finally, we will pair each coffee with a chocolate to discover how their flavors interact and elevate one another.
