Come to The Trees and learn about ganache and its many properties. We will make truffles and learn how to finish pastry with ganache. We will also learn how to make flourless chocolate torte flavored with espresso. Classes are $90 (8 students) for approximately 3 hours, you can reserve a space by Venmo (@Leslie-Muhlhahn) or with PayPal @ [email protected].
