Katherine Anne Confections and North Shore Distillery have paired up for another fantastic cocktail and chocolate pairing. 4 truffles, 4 mini-cocktails, and 2 female business owners to guide you through the tasting and talk about all things chocolate and cocktails. Sonja and Derek from North Shore Distillery have been making some of the finest gins, vodkas, rums, and aquavits in the Midwest since 2004, as Chicagoland's first distillery since prohibition. They come up with their own recipes and distill their own spirits on-site in Lake Bluff. Sonja's official title is "Chief Cocktail Nerd", and she lives and breathes to create beautifully layered, innovative cocktails.
