About this Event
CHLA will be holding a Mental Health Fair on Sunday, May 4th. We will have several types of activities for the day revolving around the theme of mental health:
Mental Health Fair with various table activities for children and families to enjoy. The tables will have activities related to the mental health themes of resilence/recovery, healthy coping mechanisms, mindfulness exercises, and self-expression.
Informational booths for teen mental health, early childhood, and current research studies we are participating in. Handouts will be available on common mental health related topics such as anxiety, depressions, focus, healthy habits, etc for families to take home.
Panel Interview with a few of our behavioral health professionals to speak about what they do, and their journey. This is for interested attendees to get better acquainted with careers in behavioral health.
