Join us for a special Charity Workout Fundraiser for CHKD (Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters) on Friday, August 30th at 9:30am here at Coastal Strength & Fitness!✅ Open to Everyone – You don’t need to be a current member to join in. This event is open to all fitness levels—bring your friends, co-workers, spouse, or neighbor!
✅ Donation-Based Entry – No fee to attend. Just make a donation to CHKD (any amount you feel called to give) and come ready to move for a great cause. 💙
✅ Fun, Energizing Group Workout – We'll lead you through a Coastal-style group workout designed for all fitness levels. Think full-body, team-based, and energizing—no experience needed.
✅ Sunseeker Coffee– Will be on site slinging beverages if you want to get a perk before your workout, a treat after, or even just stop by for just a beverage!

Workout kicks off at 9:30am. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled.
