Join us for a photographic journey of the flora and fauna found in the Lake Plain.Dr. Dana Garrigan is a biology professor at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. In addition to teaching courses in conservation biology and ecology, Dr. Garrigan teaches interdisciplinary courses in nature photography and natural history interpretation. His research has focused primarily on insects and plants and has included diverse areas of study including chemical ecology and the effects of climate change on butterflies in Mount Rainier National Park. He serves on the board of directors for the Chiwaukee Prairie Preservation Fund.
Lake County Audubon Society has a variety of speakers on the first Monday of the month October through May. All (including children accompanied by an adult) are welcome to come for the free programs and refreshments 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

We will be in the meeting room at the Aspen Drive Branch of Cook Memorial Library.
