Exciting news... our Beginners Course is returning on Friday 3rd May! 🤩If you’re keen to give running a try, return to it after a break, or would like some support progressing your running, this course is for you.
We have three different groups so you can choose a level that suits you, and lots of support from our team of leaders throughout the course, helping you progress towards running 5k (yes you can absolutely do this!).
The £25 sign-up fee includes:
‣ A fully-supported 9-week course
‣ Weekly runs led by qualified leaders every Friday evening from 6:30pm
‣ Entry to the River Run 5k on Wednesday 3rd July, including finisher’s medal and t-shirt
‣ A weekly email sent out after each run with information, tips and motivation
‣ Private Facebook group for course participants - an invaluable source of information and motivation throughout the course
