🎉 Call for Volunteers & Performers | CNY at Red Cross Home for the Disabled (RCHD) 🎉
We’re looking for volunteers and performers to join our Chinese New Year Celebration at Red Cross Home for the Disabled!
We had to cancel our Christmas party due to an outbreak of flu and Covid last December. Our residents don't have a chance to leave the home all year long. So join us to meet, play and connect with them

👕: Masks. Comfortable clothes with walking shoes. Wear the blue Love@Pal volunteer tee (if you have).
No experience needed — just bring your heart, energy, and festive spirit.
Roles include:陪伴 residents, event support, logistics help, and performances.

We will also like to invite the nurses and caregivers to a lunch. This is a little appreciation for taking such great care of the residents.
There are 111 residents and 110 nurses and caregivers.

If you like to contribute any toys or colouring books and pencils or food; please pm us because the residents have strict diets
*Programme:*
930am - Volunteer briefing
10am - Activities with the residents (performance, visiting the wards, sing alongs, etc)
1130am - Lunch for nurses, caretakers and volunteers
1pm - End
On the same day, RCHD will also be distributing goodie bags to nearby low-income families. Extra hands may be needed and welcome if you’d like to support this effort too. (To be confirmed)
