This February during half-term holidays at Discovery Museum, join us to welcome the Year of the Horse with a day of family making activities, crafts and tasty treats. Help us decorate the museum and celebrate the traditions of the festival. 🐴
Chinese New Year is a key celebration for Chinese and British Chinese communities, including here in Newcastle. The city’s annual Chinese New Year parade has become a much-loved community event. 🧧
This is our first year marking the festival at the museum and we’re excited to add to the celebrations.🥳
