Chef Thomas Pho of Mod Kaew Wine Bar joins QUINCE’s returning prodigal chef, Julien Perraudin from Quince Saigon, in the fiery kitchens of Chef Shane Reichenbach of Quince Bangkok.
A culinary raising of the bar, as these two Chef’s reimagine the ‘not-so-classic’ iconic American Chinese Food.
A fond distant food memory for some Americans, and a shockingly curious fusion for asians.
Both Chefs will tackle famous curiously named dishes like General Tsao Chicken Wings, (who the hell is he?), ‘Mongolian Braised Pork Noodles, Honey Prawns with Pecan brittle,... classic American Chinese inspired dishes in the deft hands of talented chefs.
If you’ve ever been curious or slightly influenced by Woody Allen movies, now’s the time to book and satisfy that hunger.
