WLAV FM and The B.O.B. welcome you to Chilly, Blues & Brews (East) on Saturday, March 22 at The B.O.B. The day's events will include a chili cook-off, hot pepper eating contest, live blues, Michigan craft beer, and more. This is a family friendly and free event. Public chili tasting begins at 12pm. Tasting tickets will be available for purchase at the host stand. The Winners will be announced at 4pm after the hot pepper eating competition. The best professional and amateur chili aficionados will be competing for the grand prize, with the 1st Place winner taking home $1000 in cash and prizes and the 2023 Golden Ladle Trophy. **REQUIREMENTS**
* Chili entries must be cooked on-site from 10am-12pm.
* Participants must be 18+ yrs of age to enter.
* All chili entries must use a microbrew in their recipe.
* All chili entries must make a minimum of 5 gallons.
* Chilis may be marinated and prepped, but may not be pre-cooked in anyway.
