this is a open chili contest you bring a pot of chili to be tasted and judged against everybody else's chilly there will be two categories spicy and non spicy chili this is at oak Grove Park in Chesapeake costumes are welcome but not necessary anyone can enter the chili contest as a judge or have your chili judged we asked if you're judging to get a small bowl of each chili write down the number of the chili and a score of one through 10 when each chili is judged on its own give a rating as you see it taste don't compare it to other Chili's compare it to how you think it taste
