Creative Calm for You & Your Little One
Take a deep breath, slow down,and join us for Chilled Mama, Happy Bubba. A series of gentle, welcoming sessions designed especially for caregivers from the Global Majority and their young children.
These relaxed, in-person gatherings are a chance to rest, connect and recharge, with a blend of playful and restorative activities that honour the needs of both grown-ups and little ones.

Sensory play and calming stimulation
Soft textures, colours, and open-ended discovery
A safe, unhurried space to explore at their own pace

Gentle movement and exercise
Joyful dance and rhythm
Simple cooking and shared eating
Quiet corners for rest, conversation, or doing absolutely nothing
Whether you’re arriving in joy, exhaustion, or anywhere in between, this is your space. Rooted in care, culture and community, here you don’t have to explain and you’re always welcome.
Who is it for?Black and Global Majority parents, carers, guardians and their babies/toddlers
