Curious about Loren's yoga style? She likes to think of it as "chill yoga" - gentle yin-like movements, nourishing breathwork and pockets of stillness to steep in the space in between. Many who have shared practice with her describe it as a time to slow down and reconnect, a safe and accessible space to rest back into your authentic self, and a soulful experience for the mind and body. We let go of what we think yoga should look like, and remember what it can be for who we are moment to moment. She always leads with the intent to create a welcoming, warm environment for any level of experience.
