Chill & Heal: A Day of Wellness and Care
Need something to do on a Saturday? Look no further!
Immerse yourself in a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at Chill & Heal. This immersive wellness event offers a variety of services to help you unwind, recharge, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Start your day with a donation-based yoga class from 11 am to noon. Feel your stress melt away as you move your body and connect with your breath.
From 3 to 6 pm, explore a curated selection of wellness offerings. Treat yourself to reiki healing, acupuncture, and/or tarot reading. Browse the booths of Mycofit, offering delicious organic cacao, and J & J Medicinals, selling herbs and providing valuable harm reduction information and education.
Conclude your day with a donation-based reiki healing and sound bath class from 7 to 8 pm. Let the soothing sounds and vibrations wash over you as you experience the deep relaxation of reiki.
Walk-ins welcome for all classes. Sign up at Karma House the day of for services. Services are first come-first serve.
Each class, service, and goods are all paid individually the day of. Please talk to your practitioner, teacher, and/or vendor for more information.
