Long one of the food vendor mainstays at Rhythm & Roots and many other festivals and events, Chili Brothers have been dishing up the jambalaya, red beans & rice and blackened seafood for over thirty years now. They're throwing the 4th Annual Swamp Yankee Soiree to celebrate and you're invited! River City Slim & The Zydeco Hogs will be providing the Louisiana dance party tunes. Proceeds will be donated to local food banks.
