It’s chili and soup season! Join us for a tasting extravaganza! Participate in a number of ways: join the friendly competition, making and serving up your favorite recipe, OR come to taste test the unique variety of chilies and soups that others cook. Everyone gets to sample the soup and chili, then vote for your favorite(s) by placing your donation $$$ into the bucket next to those favorites! At the end, the chili with the most votes and the soup with the most votes win bragging rights for a year. All proceeds go towards LHUMC Sr Hi Youth Summer Mission Trip.
Families of each student going on the trip will have a pot of soup or chili in the cook-off, but anyone is invited to participate in cooking their favorite recipe. Please let us know if you’ll make a pot of chili or soup, so we can reserve a space and tasting bowls for you. We love to have extra chefs!!
