Children gain self regulating tools to support them on their life’s journey.
The Yoga classes I offer our Children
Encourage Healthy Self Esteem, Love for Self, Confidence, Kindness, Compassion and Connection.
Yoga reduces anxiety as it calms the mind & the nervous system.
Children will learn breathing techniques to support them during life’s journey.
It’s a space for Connection, Self Love, Healthy Habits, Healthy Mindset and Fun in a safe nurturing environment.
Children's Yoga will be guided by Areti who has over 10 years experience impacting Children's lives in a positive way, planting seeds for a brighter future.
