The teachings of Buddha and learning to meditate are ideal for children to help them let go of their daily worries and concerns and to have a peaceful and relaxed mind and develop a positive outlook.
Many children and young people have busy and distracted minds, and they struggle with anxiety, worries and lack of confidence. 🙊
By trying simple, guided meditations, they can learn how to stay calm and happy, no matter how difficult things seem to be.
