Ages 6-15,Learning about the magic and superpowers of Crystals and how they can help them.
Also, learning mindfulness tools and techniques.
About this Event

I welcome all Crystal lovers from ages 6-15 to Space to Breathe in Cockfosters EN4 to have a fun time in our beautiful studio!

Learning about the magic and superpowers of Crystals and how they can help them.

Also, learning mindfulness tools and techniques that will give them confidence and control to use everyday to support their emotional, physical and mental health. With the intention of calming their little nervous systems and allowing their creativity to flow.

They will learn how to give a crystal treatment,

on themselves and others with their very own Chakra Set of crystals that they will take home!

They will also have a sparkly certificate to take home, as they will be going home a crystal expert!!

They will learn how to centre, ground and protect themselves.

They will also learn to meditate 🧘

And I will also give them a mini sound bath!! Lucky them!!

I am fully insured, have an enhanced DBS check and first aid trained for your peace of mind.

You can drop your children off and go for a coffee/ lunch/walk or you are more than welcome to stay.

I will have another adult with me on the day.
