Andrea Laubstein (yoga instructor, MA
Psychology) is the creator of YogaPoint children's yoga training, which she teaches internationally. She also taught kindergarten at Rooon Aroon School in Thailand for 2 years. Her interests revolve around holistic education, yoga, spirituality, and early childhood development.
Andrea makes yoga fun! Through this series, Children will learn yoga asana (poses) as well as breathing and emotional regulation tools.
