Yoga Club – children’s yoga & mindfulness sessionsTuesdays

Fun, imaginative and creative yoga sessions for children aged 8-12 years old. These 45-minute sessions focus on developing self-awareness through breathwork and movement practices. Children can expect to move, breathe and unwind, as we weave yoga philosophy through engaging games, stories and more.
Each class will centre around developing healthy breathing habits and experiencing the wonderful benefits of yoga in a safe and fun way. Sessions will always finish with relaxation, helping children relax and restore.
Drawing upon years of training in yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and more recently EFT Tapping, sessions help support children through their many stages of development. Enabling them become more in tune with their own inner world and boosting self-confidence.
Please note bookings are available as a course, which runs half-termly.
