It's back and better than ever! Pop over to Historic Downtown Thorold for the Thorold BIA's Annual Spooktacular Saturday, taking place October 25th (rain or shine). Don your best costume for treats, prizes and loads of fun. Place / check-in: Thorold Public Library, 14 Ormond St N

Time: 11:15 am check-in, with a 11:30 am start.

New this year, our event will follow the same format as our Easter event. Participants will check-in at the library before going downtown at 11:30am to Trick or Treat.
Grab a map at check-in and visit marked businesses throughout Downtown Thorold for some spooktacular treats.
At 12:30pm - meet us at the Hydro One Parkette as we form a fun parade lineup to walk down to the Moose & Goose for a costume contest and dance party!
