Come and meet the Stockport Family Team at Stopford House between 16:30pm and 18:00pm, discuss our Social Work roles and what we can offer you, whether you are starting your Social Work career or you are a more experienced Social Worker looking for an exciting new challenge!
This is a great opportunity to meet with Stockport's amazing social work family - there will be social workers, senior practitioners, team leaders and service leaders there to talk to you about why they love working in Stockport and there will also be handy hints and tips to support you with your application!
Our workforce development team will be keen to talk you through our ASYE and SSYE offer, along with the ways Stockport are making the most of the government's early career framework and how you can develop your career as a social work practitioner with us.
There will be an opportunity for you to see our state-of-the-art offices and get a sense of what working in Stockport really feels like. There'll be lots of tea and coffee and snacks and we're really looking forward to meeting prospective social workers and showing the best of what Stockport has to offer!
