This Crystal & Mindfulness adventure is designed to introduce your child to the calming and empowering world of crystals and mindfulness. Through engaging activities, your child will discover the unique properties of crystals, learning how these natural treasures can be used to promote feelings of calmness, happiness, and emotional strength.Mindfulness practices will be gently introduced, helping them develop valuable skills. These techniques are not only fun but also effective in reducing stress and enhancing emotional regulation.
Additionally, the children will explore the concept of chakras—the body’s energy centres—and how crystals can help balance these energies for overall well-being.
