Join Jeanne Frith, former-Miss Kidderminster 1986 for the launch of here debut children's book. Jeanne has lived in the Midlands since moving at 4 years old , living with her parents and her 3 sister's Sarah, Lindsey and Helen. Writing and publishing a children's book is something Jeanne has wanted to do since she was 13 years old. She has used the inspiration from her 2 dogs, 12-year-old Pepi who is a Yorkshire terrier and Harley a 6 -year- old sausage dog. There are 10 books in the series and they follow the adventures of the 2 pups from getting lost in the Forest to an exciting Christmas Tale where they meet the big man himself. Jeanne has tried to teach her readers aged between 3-7 years an invaluable life lesson along the way.
Jeanne commissioned an amazing local artist Nicola Christopher to illustrate the books. Jeanne was over moon with the drawings saying it was like Nicola was in her head, coming up with ideas that she had only imagined and hoped the book would eventually look like.
An idea Christmas present for young readers.
