This well-loved event kicks off the Jaycees' Freedom Festival on July 3. Children and Pets of all ages are welcome!• The parade will start PROMPTLY at 6:30 pm.
• Parade lines up at the corner of Ferry and Loomis Street. It will end at Waterfront Park Bandshell.
• Goody bags will be available for the first 200 participants.
•The parade will be at walking speed.
• judging in these categories: patriotism, originality, and themed group.
•There is no registration.
•entries are not REQUIRED to have a pet.
