~LITTLE YOGI’S SUMMER SESSIONS AT THE @ecopark.cornwall ~ ☀️🐝💖🤸🏻♀️After a whole summer of hosting children’s yoga at the fabulous location in 2024 and meeting some lovely families, I’m so excited to be back for Summer 2025! ☀️🧘🏻♀️🦋🌿
The Little Yogi’s sessions are aimed at (but not exclusive to) children between the ages of 4 and 10 years old.
Parents are also welcome to stay or have an hour to themselves (@canteenmounthawke does a good coffee ☕️).
The sessions will include a themed yoga flow, creative craft, mindfulness and affirmations all guided by a teacher who’s mission is to help children to find their inner power, get curious with creativity and love themselves❤️🌼🐝
🪷£8 per child
🪷 Every Thursday 10-11am from 24th July until the 28th August.
🪷 The flow will take place in ‘The Sun Room’, previously known as ‘The Green Room’
🪷Yoga mats are provided but children are welcome to bring their own if they wish.
🪷 Online or cash payments are both accepted 🙏
