YMCA Westminster ELC is teaming up with Westminster Child and Parent Centre to deliver a workshop designed to help families navigate childhood fears.Worries and anxieties are common in childhood and most children’s fears are mild; however, some children have a fear that is so strong that it stops them from doing things.
Westminster Child and Parent Centre's psychologist will provide some suggestions to help you support
your child to manage their fears and anxieties.
