Perinatal education has designed this class to prepare you for the last weeks of your pregnancy, your labor, your birth, and your hospital stay. The course covers:• Labor process
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Comfort measures and role of partner
• Preparation for hospital stay
Taking the class during the third trimester of your pregnancy is recommended. Class size is limited, and early registration is required. Your childbirth experience will be enhanced by practicing and discussing information and techniques independently as a couple.

• Two 2-1/2 hour, in-person classes on November 4 & 11, 2025
