Ideal Participants: Beneficial for pregnant individuals planning a hospital birth, home birth, or birth center birth. This class is ideal for those between 25-35 weeks, though it can be taken at any stage of pregnancy. While a partner or support person is encouraged, it is not mandatory.
Class Size: To ensure an intimate and interactive learning experience, there will be a minimum of two registrants required for the class to take place, with a maximum of six families per session.
