About this Event
Childbirth Education March 1st and 8th
This two part, in person class is taught by St. Peter's Health Obstetrics nurses and covers a variety of labor topics including signs and symptoms of labor, breathing and relaxation skills, pain management options, the coach's role during labor and C-sections. Attending during third trimester is suggested.
Class is from 5:30-8:30pm on both March 1st and 8th
*seats are limited, please register to reserve your spot.
*Please bring to class comfort items to practice with, such as a pillow, yoga mat or blanket.
*All participants will be required to follow the masking policy in place at the time of the class.
*Spouses are welcome!
