Choose a month of childbirth classes matching your 28-34 weeks of pregnancy. Each monthly session, held on three Saturdays, totals 12 hours (4 hours per day). Enrollment includes the birthing person and their support. Led by an RN specialized in labor and delivery, Born to Birth's classes focus on empowering birth experiences with evidence-based knowledge. We cover breathing techniques, pain management, and methods for both hospital and home births, as well as newborn care and infant feeding. Classes are small, interactive, and personalized.
