This class is appropriate for anyone preparing to give birth, from home birth to planned cesarean. You’ll leave the class feeling confident, encouraged, and ready to meet your baby! You can take this class anytime during your pregnancy, but I recommend taking the class from 28-36 weeks so the information is fresh in your mind.
Partners are welcome and encouraged to join. Class fee includes 1 partner or support person.
