The Annual Child Abuse
Prevention Council Retreat
The 2025 Child Abuse Prevention Council (CAPC) Retreat will provide an opportunity for all of us who work in child protection to reconnect in person and define an agenda for the year to come.
When: Friday, January 10, 2025, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
Continental breakfast: Between 8:00 am -8:30 am.
Where: Pacific Clinics, 232 E. Gish Rd, San Jose, CA 95112
What to expect: We have planned an engaging day of panel discussions, strategy sessions, and informal opportunities for all of us to connect. This event will inform and motivate our work in the next fiscal year.
Who: CAPC Voting Members are expected to attend. Community Advisory and Emeritus Members are strongly encouraged to attend. Committee members and community stakeholders are warmly invited.
Parking: Parking is free in the lot (enter from E. Gish Road)
Food: Coffee and light breakfast in the morning. We will provide a hearty catered lunch for all attendees.
Comfort: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you tend to feel cold in conference rooms, bring a warm layer just in case. Casual dress.
