FAQ
1. Why is the joining point in Mangalore, why not anywhere in Kerala?
A. Long 15+ hours of journey in Tempo traveller and Inter state tax will make the trips costly (above 6500rs). So it's better to choose your own comfort mode of transport and make the trip more cost effective. Also not all are joining from Kerala, there are people from other states too. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.
2. Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who are in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city
3. Does this trip include trekking?
A. No.
4. Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
A. No. You can keep the bags in the hotel while sight seeing
5. Do I need to carry any blankets?
A. No, sleeping bags and other necessities will provide
6. After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?
A. It's strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration
7. How much should I pay in advance?

8. What's the mode of transportation?
A. Mini Bus and Jeep
9. How much it charge for kids?
A. Kids below 4yrs 1500rs (no seat and no separate bed)

Know before you go!
1. Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travellers littering may be fined.
2. Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
3. Belur and Halebidu are UNESCO's world heritage sites and request travellers not to climb on monuments or sculptures which cause damage to the structure
4. Smoking and Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our trip.
5. On day 2 we will check out hotel rooms and keep luggage in 2 rooms. The same rooms can be used to freshen up, before starting to Mangalore
6. All the meals included in the package are vegetarian
7. We will stick to our time schedule and we will not be waiting for any late running trains/buses. Please book your tickets accordingly
8. No reimbursement will be provided for any services of the trip that remain unused.
Cancellation policy

1. For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
2. For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
3. For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
4. For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
5. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
