Open Studio WeekendsOctober 11-12 and 18-19, from 10:00am - 5:00pm
Chico Art Center hosts Open Studios Art Tour, a 2-weekend event series where the public can experience first–hand, the creative processes and inspirations behind a wide variety of visual artist’s work. You can talk with the artists, explore their studios, view diverse styles of pottery, painting, jewelry, mosaics, sculpture, photography and more.
Visit the exhibition in our gallery to enjoy an artwork by each of the 68 artists on this year's tour. Purchase $15 guidebook with studio addresses to plan your visits. All ages are welcome. The guidebook indicates which studios are wheelchair accessible, have bathrooms and are kid-friendly. Some studios are only open one weekend which is indicated in the guidebook.
