Bierock is debuting Chicken Wings on Thursday January 8 during the College Football Playoffs.To be clear, Chicken Wings will not be part of the full-time menu at Bierock.
We will, however, have chicken wings for special events. Stay tuned for future announcements.
This inaugural occasion coincides with the semifinals of the College Football Playoffs.
The Fiesta Bowl takes place at 6:30 p.m. with the game on our big projection screen TV. The winner advances to the national championship.
The Chicken Wings will feature Chef Cordel's house-made dry rub on a combination of flats and drums.
They'll then be complemented with your choice of our house-made Bleu Cheese or Chive Ranch dipping sauce.
And they'll be available a half dozen at a time.
So join us for a fun evening of football and chicken wings.
Bierock's full menu will still be available the evening of this event.
