Football season is here and it's time to get ready for your gameday spread. No table is complete without a pile of tasty chicken wings. Will you choose spicy or sweet? Sticky or dry rub? It's all up to you to get our tongues wagging...and don't forget some sauce on the side for dipping!
Each day of the N.C. State Fair presents a new cooking challenge for our contestants who dream up their own recipes, prepare them at home and bring them to the N.C. State Fair for critique by a panel of judges...but only one can take home the coveted blue ribbon.
Home Chef Challenges will be held in the north side lobby of Dorton Arena. Contestants are allowed to park for FREE in Lot C (Trinity Road) with a FREE shuttle ride to Gate 3 next to the arena.
