Chef Rica Grace's cooking classes are a start to finish, hands-on experience for every participant. Each student has his or her own cooking station and will execute every step of the recipes and do all of the cooking individually. These amazing treats can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will learn how to fold the dumplings skins, including a variety of ways to fold them. To complete the dish, students will pan-fry them followed by steaming them. Students will also learn how to make the special dumpling sauce.
