I will be offering Christmas cupcake decorating evenings, starting December 1st. Maximum 8 at a time, homemade mulled wine and canapés on arrival and a box of 6 decorated cupcakes for you to take home, plus recipe sheets. I will show you how to make foolproof cupcakes and the smoothest buttercream. I will also show you how to achieve deep coloured buttercream.
