3C’s and CMB Car Clubs are at it again as we present Chicago’s annual Mopar ride out 2024! Although this is considered a Mopar event, all clubs, free agents, car enthusiasts , and so on are welcome to attend no matter what make or model you drive as long as the car does not have significant body damage.
The schedule is as follows:
* there will be no meat and Greet this year.
* on Saturday, August 10, 2024 we will have the following: The RIDEOUT
We will meet up at the Jewel Osco parking lot located at 87 W. 87th St., Chicago, IL 60620 on the side of Sistar Beauty Supply at 12 noon sharp!! please be on time. There will be a mobile detailer on site working with customers on a first come first serve basis.
We will have a brief meeting at 1:30 PM to discuss the route that will be taken and road safety, and to answer any questions that you may have. After the meeting, we will begin to line the cars up. Jason Cain and Janice Dodge will lead the pack. All Mopars lined up behind them and other makes grouped together I.e, Chevy, Pontiac and so on. We are pulling off at exactly 2:00 PM. We are not waiting for anyone, so please be on time with your car is clean and gassed up.
* We will ride from the meet up location to the Museum of science and industry located at 5700 South Lakeshore Dr. in the rear parking parking lot.
Due to the demands of food trucks currently for gas, surcharges, guaranteed purchase amounts, and so on, we are searching for food trucks that do not have these requirements. If we are successful in finding some this event, invitation will be updated so please turn on your notifications and set them to all, if we are unable to find food trucks that do not require these fees which are astronomical, there will not be any food trucks on site, but you would be welcome to bring your grills and barbecue or most of the food delivery apps now will deliver to public locations. Please check this event invitation often. If you set it to All, you’ll get the notifications so you’ll know exactly what’s going on.
* there will be games such as:
* Tug Of War War competition between clubs, so bring some spare clothes
*Bag Tournament
* Card games
* Dominoes
* Other games
Please feel free to bring games that you may have to include in the day. Bring your chairs and tables.
THIS IS A KID FRIENDLY EVENT AS LONG AS A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IS PRESENT.
The weather in Chicago in August is amazingly beautiful so come out and join us especially if you drive Mopar!!
To ensure that we are not forced to leave this location,
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO BURNOUTS
THERE EILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO DONUTS.
if you cannot refrain from doing these things, please stay at home or go somewhere else because I promise you I will rat you out. No one is messing up our good time for foolishness.
Also, please refrain from verbal and physical confrontation. This is an event that we do every year and have had no issues thus far and we will keep it that way. We are all adults, so act like it!!
