The Chicago’s Women’s Leadership Accelerator (CWLA) is a one-day conference that will equip women identifying and non-binary leaders with essential knowledge, skills, and tools to become more emotionally intelligent, inclusive, and innovative people leaders.
This one day leadership accelerator, founded by Cindu Thomas-George, Desiree Vargas Wrigley, and Alicia Del Real, has been designed to catapult your career into the next phase of leadership.
