Chiaroscuro is a monthly dance variety show that elevates all forms of dance to a theatrical experience. Each month we explore a new theme through the lens of extremes, ultimately revealing a greater whole.
This month’s theme, Light & Shadows, journeys inward at the coldest, darkest time of the year. Artists illuminate the quiet battles, hidden desires, and unspoken truths that live in the space between brilliance and obscurity.
Chiaroscuro is a home for misfits, outcasts, and boundary-pushers—for those who blur genres, bend tradition, and move with intention. It is a gathering for performers and audiences alike who long to speak to something larger than themselves, where vulnerability meets spectacle.
