Do you want to start running but are concerned about injury or burnout? Our clinic is designed to guide beginners with a safe and efficient approach.Do you experience joint pain or discomfort during your walks or runs? Chi Walk-Run can show you how to reduce impact and protect your joints while staying active.
This is a highly interactive walk and run workshop. We explore ways to walk and run with ease, low impact, and with increased energy efficiency thus preventing injury. The amount of walk and running will be in the form of short distances where you’ll begin to feel what changes can do for you. This class is for all levels of walk/runners and for anyone who wants to improve their energy efficiency.
We will be outdoors, so please bring appropriate clothing (layers). Feel welcome to bring water and a light snack.
