Awaken Your Inner Energy — outdoors by sea & forestThis time we take the practice outside 𓇢𓆸
Instead of moving inside four walls, we gather in the open air — between forest and sea in the beautiful surroundings of Marselisborg Bay.
Chi Kung (Qi Gong) is an ancient movement and meditation practice that cultivates presence, vitality and embodied awareness through gentle movement, breath and stillness.
One of the practices we may explore is Zhan Zhuang — standing meditation — where seemingly simple postures become a doorway into relaxation, alignment and subtle inner perception.
Practising outdoors adds a special quality.
The movement of the trees, the rhythm of the waves, fresh air and natural light can support us in settling into the body and widening our attention. Instead of separating ourselves from our surroundings, we allow nature to become part of the practice.
This session will guide you through simple yet powerful exercises that anyone can access — no prior experience needed.

– Centering body-scan and gentle warm-ups
– Foundational Chi Kung movements and sequences
– Standing meditation and moments of stillness
– Breath awareness and soft circulation of energy
– Grounding and relaxation to close
