Chi Gong, or Taoist Yoga, was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.By the end of this 8-week course, you will be able to:
*bring movement and relaxation to your body and mind through Chi Gong classic routines;
*learn how to recover your energy in an efficient way;
*develop awareness and mindfulness;
*find your own flow; and
*start home practice;
