This workshopAs Chi flows in all living things we will take the opportunity to bring our awareness to the Chi of the surrounding nature enabling us to feel a deep sense of belonging and connection with the world around us. Specifically we will tune into the birdsong that is so abundant in this beautiful hidden oasis in Amsterdam. You will learn a number of simple yet powerful Chi Gong practices which you can then do at home to keep your Chi flowing, body supple and mind calm.
What is Chi Gong?
Tai Chi and Chi Gong are ancient forms of Chinese exercise which have been practised for hundreds of years. The soft yet strong, flowing movements, combined with meditative breathing & mind focus, help to develop a deep sense of connection within our bodies and minds.
Through regular practice, this can develop a strong and flexible body and a calm and quiet mind. In Chi Gong we focus more on the internal flow of Chi (inner life force energy). You can think of it like moving meditation.
